This was a fantastic recipe. The pork tenderloin was wonderful! I dont know about such big tortillas though. I much prefer the smaller ones. We just have to large a selection of them here in south Texas!
I really miss the old 30 min or less section. Come on.... there is only FOUR recipes in the "dinner tonight" section.

i did it again! this recipe is from June 2001. that's what i get for reviewing recipes in the middle of the night!

Thanks misstapioca - I think I might try those. They sound yummi! I am all for recipes that are quick and easy but still are good and flavorful!

We have already made these twice, although I simply bought thin boneless pork chops and cut those into strips. We love the seasoning and ease. It really did go from refrigerator to table in less than 30 minutes!
