I was planning on making peel-and-eat shrimp for my DH this week. Now are they as easy to make as simply buying headless shrimp. Boiling water, adding sprices and throwing in the shrimp until they are done or am I missing something?

Nope, that's pretty much all there is to it. Once they turn pink, they're done. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/cool.gif

Careful not to overcook, though, because they will turn rubbery. . .

So sorry, but what is a DH? It may be obvious, but at the moment I am un able to fathom what it may be. I'm not even going to tell the one thing I can think of.

lorilei -

Oh you can still use DH sure enough - if "darling" doesn't fit, you can just substitute a different "d" word!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif
