We made these a couple of weeks ago as well, and really enjoyed them. They were easy to get ready ahead of time - I think they would be a great addition to a summer bbq menu if you had vegetarians coming (or even if not). Even my husband, the non-bean-eater, liked them!!

We also had the grilled stuffed portobellos (same article) with them, and they were excellent too. Very easy, simple to make ahead, and very tasty. I would definitely make both of these again - and they went quite well together.

Glad to hear it. We needed to hear some good reviews for the July issue! I'm not a lobster fan, but I have been looking for some meatless meal ideas, and that sounds like a possibility.

BTW, the Athenian Stuffed Potatoes from CL Complete are also very good, easy and filling.
