Sort of Review: Junior Mint Brownies from March 2000

OK, well I reviewed these a while ago but the search engine just gives me an error when I try to access that page. So, for anyone who might have missed it, these are superb (Jewel, I saw you did not like them much). I think they taste and feel like real brownies and I love the idea of using my favorite movie candy.

Jessica, I'm glad you liked them! Personally, I thought the additional egg whites just made them too cakey. I've had better luck using the No Pudge brownie mix and adding Junior Mints, chopped mint chips, or chopped peanut butter chips to them! To me they taste more decadent. To each his own!
