DH & My Ice Cream Freezer

I made the Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream yesterday. I put the freezer container part of the ice cream maker back in the freezer last night. I decided to try the Peanut Butter Banana today (It is way too hot here for outdoor activities). I couldn't figure out why it wasn't freezing. I finally gave up, thinking it had not been back in the freezer long enough. I dumped the ice cream mixture in a container to freeze later and started to put the freezer container thingie back in the freezer. Then I realized that it is now in two parts. When I asked DH, he said, "Oh, I took it apart to clean it." AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!
So, does anyone have any suggestions for a new ice cream freezer? This one was a Krups.

Doh! Sorry to hear of the mishap, but on the bright side, at least he tried to clean. ;)

I have a Cuisanart with an extra bowl that I got at Williams-Sonoma. I think its pretty popular around here....

I just looked at what was available...I like the looks of the Cuisinart...it looks a lot like the one that I had. I was hoping to find a place where I could get a replacement bowl, but it looks like Krups does not make this one anymore. I like the idea of having an extra bowl...in case the cleaning gets out of hand again.

I have the cuisinart with the two bowls as well. It's worked very well for us so far. The two bowls come in handy because one bowl can always be in the freezer.
