Not sure if you all are aware, but Cookn.com sells Cooking Lights recipes each month. With the recipe pac you download a free recipe software. I think each months recipes cost $6.95. It's not the best sofware available but what do you want for free!! Any way, I downloaded all of 1996 and all of 1997s recipes as well as various recipes packs from different months from this year and last year. I love it and use the recipes all the time.

Quite a few of us regularly dowload the cookpacs. I LOVE them! I do not use the free software, though. I use Mastercook. The recipes are formatted to work in either the CookWare or MasterCook programs. Most people on this board use MasterCook, although there are a dedicated few who prefer CookWare. All I have to say is, thank goodness for those cookpacs!
