Computer help - Can't run/see videos Active X control

Help! I can no longer see videos on my computer (like this one of the Mentos/Diet Coke experiment): http://eepybird.com/dcm1.html
I get a box click OK to run Active X control and then there is only a broken film icon on the web-site and no video. This USED to work OK. Could it be Norton or a new Microsoft update? I tried to get into the Active X control section on Internet options but found that very confusing. i also stopped the Pop up blocker for a bit to see if that helped.

Help me if you can since i would like to see fun stuff too. :confused:

I don't know diddly about pc's but in your internet options under properties there is a section for multimedia, mine has every box checked except the one about show image download placeholders. I don't have to turn off my pop-up blocker and have all the updates for XP.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will check in...

Well, in the interest of trying to help - that movie on the link is a Quicktime movie. Do you have the most updated version of Quicktime? Here's the link:

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

I would download that, then restart my computer and try again.
