Thursday exercisers (7/20)???

Where is everyone?? Anyone working out today? I did a wonderful Pilates class this afternoon. Today was the pits and I really needed that class!!!!

Anyone else been busy today?

Hi, Melanie! Good job on your pilates class, and I'm glad you found it to be therapeutic! :) One day at work it was a really stressful day, and I actually ran back to the lounge for a moment to do a couple of yoga stretches with deep breathing just to calm my brain. It helped!

I only have a couple of walks with the dog to report today, as I have been pretty busy with a lot of errands. MIL is coming Saturday for an extended stay (couple of months at least), and I am trying to get things ready. Hopefully I will get a run in tomorrow, because the weather is supposed to cool off tonight. I'll do SOMETHING (besides walk the dog) either way.
