ISO Ideas for Concert Reception

My family is hosting a private concert with our church organist in two weeks (the result of a silent auction win). It will be a very classy evening event, featuring our new pipe organ. We're inviting about 30-35 people.

I'd like to serve refreshments afterward. I'm looking for some special desserts that don't require much last minute set-up time as I hope to be enjoying the music. I'm in need of some beverage suggestions too.

Any thoughts or ideas?

How about trays of miniature desserts that can be prepared ahead and stored in the refrigerator until serving time. I'd probably include some cheesecake bites and strawberries dipped 2/3 of the way in chocolate along with a few other choices.
