Okay, I've been trying to post my review for days, and the lemon-ginger sorbetto is loooong gone... this one gets a big thumbs up from me!
It was very easy to put together. I was worried that my ginger wouldn't yield enough juice (I got a workout squeezing out the juice from the grated ginger!) but it was just enough.
This had a fantastic flavor. The ginger gives it a very pleasant, tummy tingling heat. The texture of the finished sorbet is nice too... not too icy. We will definitely make this again.
