Congratulations on your interview! As someone who has conducted many interviews, I give you this advice:
1. Be yourself
2. Smile http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
3. Breathe! (many people forget to do so)
4. Think of at least 1 or 2 questions you can ask the manager about responsibilities, benefits, etc.
5. DON'T be nervous! (see #s 1-4 and this should occur naturally)
Good luck- I'm sure you'll keep us posted on how it went!

Congratulations, Matt! I've been interviewing a bunch lately myself so I'll add a few pointers...
-- Maintain eye contact with your interviewer.....it makes you appear confident and interested in what he/she is saying
-- Show enthusiasm for the position. I've found that people love enthusiasm....it means you will bring a lot of energy to their workplace.
I'm sure you'll do great! Good luck!

I work in Human Resources, so I'm very familiar with the interviewing process. Confidence, honesty and enthusiasm are definetely keys to success. would work through some practice interview questions with a friend to prepare yourself. It is so important to think about specific examples from your past work, school or volunteer experiences that highlight your positive attributes.
