anyone make zuc cookies from Sunset 8/06?

I saw the recipe and was thinking- "great! another way to use all the zucchini's I get from everyone and their mom". Has anyone tried it yet and like it?

I have made zuc cookies before but not this recipe. I like them for a puffy lower cal. snack, they don't really remind me of cookies. They're best the same day, however.

I made these and liked them. My only change was to omit the raisins since I don't like raisins. The girls loved them, so I figured it was a good way to give them zucchini w/out them knowing it. ;)

They are more of a softer cookie, and not real crispy. The recipe makes a lot, but since they'd freeze okay, I did put some in my freezer for later.
