Good morning all! What's your workout of choice today?
I got in a quick run this morning, and now I am off to a work meeting. Good day for a condensed workout, because it is 73 degrees....but 100% humidity outside. Yuck!
And while I am reporting, I did manage to do a Namaste Yoga program before work yesterday. Have I mentioned how much I like that show??!! :p
So what are YOU up to today?

Hi Kathy,
Good job doing two different workouts the last two days. Where did you find the Namaste program... on TV or is it a DVD? I could use a little yoga.
We have had a couple of really nice days with much lower humidity, thank goodness. Today I rode my bike to my personal trainer's appointment and back the long way, for about 10 miles.
Now I'm getting ready to get DD to cheerleading, pick up DS from camp, and meet some college friends for dinner. Can't wait!
Who's next?

Good going Kathy and Martha!
I just forced myself to go to the gym for some cardio. I did 40 minutes on the treadmill (on level 9.5).
I tried to do yoga yesterday at lunch only to find my favorite instructor had to get a sub. I needed to do something more important, so I turned around and walked out the door. Sometime, you just have to do what you know is the right thing to do.

Glad you got in a good treadmill workout, Melanie. Sorry to hear your yoga class didn't pan out. :( I really look forward to yoga, too!
Martha, the Namaste Yoga is a program that has recently showed up on Fit TV. Around here it comes on at 7:30 AM. I looked at their website, and they don't list Fit TV, but they do mention other stations that carry the program as well as times. The website has DVD's listed, too. IMO, it does assume some basic knowledge, because they don't spend a lot of time instructing you on how to get into the poses, but it isn't difficult to follow. Also, I find it to be pretty realistic as far as going through sequences that I can actually do (for the most part). It's only 30 minutes, but it keeps you moving, and if I have more time, I just do two (I record them with the DVR).
