Thanks, Becky - this helps me to know that others use them and like them. Do you use them to cut calories or cholestral?

ChrisW -- I guess I use them for both, but mostly because they're fat free. I don't have high cholesterol, but I do have to watch my weight, and I want to eat a low-fat, high-fiber diet like the dieticians all say we should.
