I made a couple of the recipes from Everyday Food July/August 06. These were part of a 5 day meal plan that used the grill each day.
Grilled salmon steaks with mustard sacue and asparagus
Garlic-marinated chicken cutlets with grilled potatoes
I liked the salmon. I couldn't find steaks so I used filets and coated only one side with the sauce and indirect grilled them on foil. Just a nice tangy mustard flavor that didn't overpower the salmon. I added balsalmic vinegar to the asparagus just because that is the way I love to have grilled asparagus.
I was not however impressed with the chicken or potatoes. I thought both were very bland. I let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes but I don't think it absorbed any of the flavor. I made up some of the vinaigrette that was listed along with the article but just found that very flat as well. I put a little sour cream on the potatoes to add something. I am planning on using the left overs to make potato salad, though I don't think I will use the one in the article.
