I am interested in joining the supper club as well. I just moved to the midwest, so am a little unfamiliar with neighborhoods, but I'll learn! I'm willing to travel to the city, since I live in the 'burbs.
Does anyone have a day or time in mind? The farmer's markets near me are on the weekend, which means the ingredients I'd buy would be freshest earlier in the week; would Mondays or Tuesdays work?

How often do these clubs meet? Is it weekly, or monthly, or on some other schedule? For now, Mondays are good for me. I live in a studio so haven't much space, and also don't have much cookware or utensils. I don't mind driving out to the suburbs, depending on where. But if we get enough people interested, maybe we can alternate city and suburbs? Also, have never done this or heard of a supper club, so don't know how it works.
