Apple Cider Vinegar

Hello Folks, I am experimenting with the health benefits of comsuming apple cider vinegar(ACV)on a daily basis. I was wondering if anyone else out there does the same, and if you have received any long term benefits? I would love to know. Thank you.

I have heard that vinegar is supposed to shrink your stomach (so you feel full sooner), but I've never tried it and I'm not sure it works.

I was just reading today that a little bit of apple vinegar cider mixed in one cup of water is supposed to help with nausea. I recently found out I was pregnant. The ill feeling comes and goes- not fun. My grandmothers have always told us how good apple cider vinegar is, though. Gargle with some for a sore throat!

CONGRATULATIONS Mrs. Reber!!!! How wonderful!! Now we can begin a whole new line of discussions!! When I was pregnant I was lucky not to have morning sickness, but I DID NOT want anything creamy - it made me queasy!

I just realized I never said anything about the vinegar. My husbadn sings for a living, and 1/4 cup apple cidar, a teaspoon of honey and a 1/2 cup of hot water is his saving grace when his throat is sore!
