Does anyone know if someone makes small hand towels that loop over the handle of the refrigerator? I have an old one that has a crocheted top that buttoned over the frig door handle. I don't remember where I found it and I can't even guess what they might be called. They are smaller than a kitchen towel so don't get caught in the door itself. Someone might have made this one but I honestly don't remember. It's so handy but it's getting embarrassingly worn out and I can't find a replacement.

If you don't mind shopping online here's a great source:
Crochet-topped Kitchen Towels (http://www.bathandbodybytracy.com/Towels.html)
My mother use to make these.

Thanks for that link! I had no idea these could be purchased outside of a church/craft fair!

I'm stunned!! I'm in awe! They exist..... and in more than 200 styles! :D Thank you so much! I have no problems with on line shopping. I was getting ready to stop at a craft place to see if I could make one myself ?? but this is much easier.

LOL! Glad you found some you like but then with over 200 choices! I simply did a search for crochet-topped ktichen towels and that site was #2 on the list!

Guess I thought they were some artsy/craftsy thing without a specific name. thanks again. Replacements are on the way & then I can throw out this poor, threadbare ratty rag that I've been nursing along because I didn't know where to find another. Only $4 apiece & reasonable shipping besides.
