High fiber recipes needed

Does anyone know how to search the archives to find the recipes that have the highest fiber content?

There was actually a thread not to long ago on the Great Food BB; it was entitled, "high fiber cooking" I think. CL Fan posted it on Oct. 20; just search the bulletin board archives for that, but make sure to specify to search the Great Food board -- it should come up, and it has a lot of information on it.
