I havent seen any new posts for awhile...the healthy part s just as important as the cooking part, especially for someone like me whois not a natural athlete and needs to be pushed to exercise. Talking about it is good motivation for me!

Question: I am just getting over bronchitis (since lst Sun) and the weather just turned nice here (Gulf Coast TX) and I am dying to walk at the park: how long do I have to wait for simething like bronchitis? I dont want a relapse!

Kim---hope to see more healthy living tips here soon http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Yes, I always chuckle to myself when I see the cooking board at about 40+ pages and this board at 3!!! On the Martha Stewart BB, the least visited category is the healthy cooking board!

We started the HLSG to generate more discussion, which it has, but I don't think it will ever have as many hits as the food board. Maybe on Monday, when there are more people visiting the board, I will mention the HLSG group again - with new people joining all the time, they may not know about our little group.

And I can certainly indentify with your statement on not being a natural athlete http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif !

Definately can identify with not being a natural athlete. My fiance says he loves that about me because even though I don't have natural ability I will try almost any sport. It is discouraging at times though because he is an extremely gifted athlete and it is hard to keep up. I have been told I am "coachable" ... guess that means I follow directions well.

Kim- about the bronchitis thing, I have no idea. My inclination is that if you feel up to it take a 20 minute walk outside but I don't want my advice to send you back to bed for 6 days. Hope you feel better soon!
