You might check the entry for beans. Make sure it is for canned beans, not raw beans. The volume of canned beans is very different than that for raw beans. I've had the same problem and it was the beans. I think the nutritional info listed in the recipe is for all ingredients.

I have made the Black Bean-Taco Salad With Lime Vinaigrette many times and it's become a favorite.
However, something odd happened when I decided to add the recipe to my Mastercook Cooking Light software. The nutritional information was WAY off. I’m aware that the information never exactly matches what’s in the magazine. It drives me crazy—but I live with it. But this time my software calculated the nutritional information at 1330 calories and 21 grams of fat. Thinking that I entered something wrong, I checked each individual ingredient and found that the baked tortilla chips was the culprit. So I deleted the chips completely, and lo and behold, the new nutritional information calculated by my software EXACTLY matched the nutritional information in the magazine WITHOUT the chips.
So now I’m wondering……I noticed that the serving size listed in Cooking Light Magazine shows it as “2 cups salad with 1 cup chips”. Does that mean that the nutritional information is for the salad only?? Does that mean that when the serving size is listed that way (2 items), that the nutritional information is only for the first item listed, even though all the ingredients are listed??
Am I making sense? Please help me with this question. I always assumed the nutritional information in the magazine was for ALL ingredients listed. Am I wrong??
