My name is Jessica Michaud and I'm a recent college grad with a degree in Food and Nutrition. I'm currently working at a job that pays the bills but doesn't fulfill my inner needs. I'm looking for a job that would allow me to travel, write and use my food and nutrition background. If you have any ideas that could fit the bill please let me know. If you like to travel and use your food knowledge maybe a job with a cooking magazine or newspaper (writting for the food section?)Working in hotels or rest will translate to long hrs and not much traveling so maybe writting about food or nutrition would be the place to start. Also since you graduated recently your university might still be the place to get some orientation on the matter. Good luck...
