Yoga Video??

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good simple/fun beginners Yoga video? This is on my to do list for the year! I hate classes at the gym - of any nature because I am completely ungraceful (and out of shape right now). Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you.

I like Living Arts Yoga Practice for Beginners. I would also suggest checking tapes out of your local library so that you can try different ones without investing a lot of money. Good luck!

Hey! I love yoga videos--my girlfriends and I like to get together and do them and then laugh at how ridiculous we look in some of the poses. Definitely more relaxing/strengthening benefits are had when I do them solo!

I really enjoy the Yoga Zone videos with Alan Finger, a yoga master who is a great teacher. However, his voice will put you to sleep. I have the conditioning and stress relief video and they also have a great beginner one. I also enjoy the Ali McGraw Yoga Mind & Body ones. In fact, I am going to put her in as soon as I come home from class.

Thanks for the replies. I will admit that my library has no selection of Yoga videos - or cookbooks for that matter. Most of the stuff in these catagories comes from 1985 or so. I might just go to target or somewhere and buy a cheapie one and go from there. Thanks for your suggestions - I'm off to the gym.
