I'm looking for a running partner here in Charleston SC. If anyone is interested, please respond. I am training for a marathon (I'm not very good but I enjoy it) and the long runs are killer without someone else to chat with.I'd love to find someone to train with me! Thanks-Kate

I m not in Charleston, but have a suggestion. If you re looking for one or more running partners, you might want to go into one of your local running stores and inquire about it. Many stores have groups that meet once or twice a week to run, and if they don t, the staff may know of local running clubs. I know that this kind of group has gotten me through many, many long runs, and as a bonus I ve met some neat people.
