I'm frustrated to the max with the Kitchen Assistant feature! At one time I registered but lost track of my password. Several times I used the "forgot password?" option but the promised message never arrived at either of my email addresses (I tried this option with both). Today I decided to try re-registering so I can use Kitchen Assistant to save recipes, etc. I was told my screen name, which is fairly unique, was already taken (probably from my original registration).
I have sent a message to CL customer service and received a reply indicating my issue was being sent to the "proper" department for service. That's the last I heard from CL!
Can someone please tell me how to finally get reconnected? So far, this is one of those experiences that falls into the Customer No-Service category!
