I have a friend who had a bone seperation from the toe to the foot. It is common for of those who are diabetic. He has to use a device called a roll about. it sort of like a roller, but you put your knee on a pad and push your self. the website is rollabout.com i believe. I am trying to help him lose weight, but he cannot swim. Does anyone know of some good exercises that might help thx matt

Well, my husband has MD which makes walking painful, so he bikes. Would that work???

HI Matt
May I suggest he consults with a physical therapist or at a sports medical center? I think they might be able to guide him in an excersise plan that best meets his needs without harming his leg, muscles etc.
