Taking a break

Hi everyone.

Just wanted to let you all know that I may be taking a break for awhile from the boards. Somethings have occurred in my life recently that are a little overwhelming and need time to sort out.

I will be back when things even out. I will keep on exercising, cooking light, and thinking the best of all of you.

Seriously, I hope things sort themselves out and that we'll see you back here soon. (A number of us seem to be going through a kind of rough or challenging period in our lives right now, don't we? Maybe it's the time of year...) Anyway, please keep taking care of yourself and don't forget to join us when you're ready.
