What is HLSG?

I am new to this board, and find everyone's comments very inspiring as far as my own conditioning program. My guess is the HL stands for Healthy Living, but what is the rest of it?

As for HLSG....Healthy Living Support Group.

The SG stands for Support Group. We use "HLSG" to tag messages that are aimed to our fitness/weight loss group. We look forward to your input!

If you'd like to "meet" some of the HLSG group, there are two threads that are very informative - an introductions thread and a "state your goals" thread. Just page back and you should be able to find them pretty easily.
