I am feeling very virtuous today, having just come back from participating energetically in an hour of water aerobics! :D Anyone, anyone?

Good job, Kay! When I tore my ankle up a few years ago, I did water aerobics while I was rehabbing, and it was a great workout :)
This morning I ran just over two miles (without stopping!) on the treadmill, then did a few upper body weights when I got home.
Who's next?

I was not feeling very energetic this morning (not to mention the fact that it was dark & gloomy and it started to snow), so on lunch I went to the gym and ran 4 miles on the treadmill. Now I feel so energized and I am ready to tackle the pile of work on my desk! ;)

We went on an ambitious 12 mile hike yesterday. It was just lovely and warm with wonderful colors. Fall in the mountains is my favorite time. today I went to a 1 hr yoga class, then came home and warmed up on the stationary bike, ran 2 miles on the treadmill and 15 min on the elliptical along with some crunches/bicycles. I'm feeling a little run down. we've done 3 similar hikes in a week and it's really hard to look at the treadmill the next day. If we'rer not hiking as much I spend more time on the treadmill and elliptical.

Good job, everyone! What a great bunch of workouts!
I did a 12 hour shift today, so nothing to report, but i wanted to check in and cheer you on! YEA!!!!! for all of you! :)

Late post... Yesterday DH and I went on a 4-mile hike to see the fall color change. Gorgeous! :D
