Jessica - I just looked up this information the other day. The good news is that the portion sizes are very small, so you probably get more servings than you realize!
Here are a couple of links to the American Dietetic Association that I found helpful:

My husband and I are working on getting more fruits and vegis into our daily diet. Does anyone know a website that explains what constitutes a serving for different fruits and vegetables? TIA

There is a USDA web site that explains this. I can't remember where it is or what it's called, but if you type "food guide pyramid" into your search engine, you should find some useful information.
Sorry I've not been much help. Good luck!
Found that site. It's www.puebly.gsa.gov/cic_text/food/food-pyramid/main.htm (http://www.pueblo.gsa.gov/cic_text/food/food-pyramid/main.htm)
Go figure! It should be pueblo.gsa... I tried to edit and it shows on my edit page but not on the message board. Anyway, good luck.
Hopefully that will work.
