I'm away from home this week, and wanted to share a trick for reducing stress while traveling. I wear my exercise shoes on the plane. That way when my flight is delayed, I can take a brisk 20-30 minute walk around the airport. Sometimes that's all the exercise I get that day. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

SusieO, I do a very similar thing. If the weather is nice I head out to the parking garage and walk up and down the stairs. The air right outside of an airport might not be the most fresh, but it sure beats that recycled oxygen inside the airplane.
