I made this tonight and it was so good! It was sumbitted to the CARE cookbook I did for my last job. This thread has a little more info about the cookbook.

I was craving meatloaf today. My son who informed me he doesn't like meat loaf ate this. :p
Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf
1.5 lbs lean ground beef (I think you could sub ground turkey)
1 large onion (chopped)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
pinch salt
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 lg. egg
Combine meat load ingredients and mix well. Press into greased loaf pan leaving 1" space on all sides. Combine sauce ingredients:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. dijon mustard
Pour over meat loaf. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours basting frequently.
