Good Monday morning everyone. Well it was a busy week here. Friday was a rest day although the calorie count was astronomical (don’t ask  ). Saturday I did upper body work. It’s tough to get on a bosu done side down with a bar bell – yikes  . Then I did the core exercise which is only one. It’s doing a plank with your hands on the bosu dome down and your feet on the stability ball. That was one tough move. Then for cardio I did Max Cardio Burn plus Abs. But I didn’t make it through all of it as we hit the cool down to go to floor work and I collapsed in pain  . Every ab muscle I owned let me know that they were not happy and so I wasn’t going to be happy. Took over an hour just to get functional again, but the workout itself was just about 1.5 hours.
Sunday was lower body work followed by core exercises. This time it was that stability ball circuit and I got through it ok. I then did the cardiovascular program on the treadmill. It’s only 30 minutes but hey that’s a start. Then I did side walking but I did 4 sets of 2 minutes each so I increased my time by 2 minutes :D . I followed the whole thing up with Cathe’s Total Body Stretching – Ball Stretch 1.
Did I practice my presentation? No (hanging head with shame :o ). But we did get a lot done so it wasn’t a wasted weekend.
So how was your weekend - and how does your week look?

Hello. :)
I'm finally ready to join in again.
Engineer - Don't kill yourself! ;) Sounds like you were really challenging yourself though - good for you!
I've been keeping up with the walking, but I don't think that I've done any weight training since the last time I posted on one of these threads. :o
So, I'm gettin' back to it! I need to fit into my clothes again. All this time I have to stay at home I hang around in sweats - too easy to let things go when you do that!
Hope all is well with everyone and I look forward to catching up again.
Oh, and I've decided to start counting calories again. I just have to hold myself accountable and there's no other way that works for me.
Take care,
Alysha

I'm here!! The weekend was so-so, but won't bother you with the details... I did bowflex Monday, Wednesday and Saturday last week. This week, I want to do elliptical and bowflex on Monday & Wednesday and yoga on Tuesday. Thursday night is Shadowbox Cabaret and then Friday night is my very first Mom-group game night! Yay for nights out! Not sure what's going on this coming weekend, but we might be going to King's Island to check out Nick-or-Treat with another family - that should be fun! :) My eating has been REALLY lousy, but I figure if I do one thing at a time, I won't be setting myself up for failure (right?). If I get my butt into the basement for regular workouts, adding in the healthy eating is a bonus. <sigh>
** In case anybody watched the special "Scoop" on Food Network where contestants competed to create a new Haagen-Dazs flavor, the Sticky Toffee Pudding is P-H-E-N-O-M-E-N-A-L!! But... don't dare to glance at the nutritional info on it. **
engineer - wow, 1.5 hours of working out!! Gold star for you! Your whole weekend was awesome! You didn't really need to practice your presentation, right? ;)
Alysha - at least you've been walking, that's more than I can say! :) When are you planning on jumping back into weight training?

I've posted a couple of times since I got over here, but this is going to be my offical re-joining post. I need accountablity to get me off my butt - I really have no excuses for not working out since I don't have a job or kids and my husband is at work all day. So set your expectation high for me, ladies! :)
I've been walking a minimum of 2 miles every day. That's usually because I have to and it isn't very fast. But my legs are toning back up (they have hills here  ). And we've been taking longer walks on Gavin's days off.
I did most of Cathe's CoreMax this morning. It's been a while, so I wimped out on the planks and took a couple of quick breaks throughout. Tomorrow I'll do my stretching, and try to find something heavy enough to serve as weights. I hope I can find two things that weigh at least 10lb each, any ideas? Until I find a job we really can't afford new weights. Thursday, I'll do the lower body and push-up parts of my Kathy Smith dvd.
Michelle - I bet you do great at your presentation even without practice. I imagine that you spent so much time putting it together that figuring out what to say will come naturally. You must have one seriously strong core to be able to do planks on an upside down bosu and stability ball!
Alysha - Like Emily said, at least you've been walking. We can get back into the swing of things together. I try to keep reminding myself that it only takes one day to get started again.
Emily - You've been busy. Sounds like a fun week planned too.

OK – when things are going bad they are going bad. We got the official announcement that everyone feared was coming and that is more layoffs here. :( I’m ‘probably’ safe, but DH not so certain. So now we just live in fear of what the next announcement will be. Before we came here we’d been out of work (real engineering work) for almost 5 years. We’d pick up jobs where we could and my folks helped a little but it’s not good. We did it – it was awful and in your mid 40’s you don’t want to do it again.
As for working out, I did my upper body work followed by core exercises. I did that bosu/stability ball plank again last night. I stayed in it for 45 seconds so I felt pretty good about that. :) Then I did Firm Cardio Express. You know I didn’t dislike it as much as I had feared I was going to. It had been so long since I had done it that I had total forgotten it. The one thing I will say is that the stretching at the end isn’t very good. I should have done some extra but I was too stressed and not thinking right. All told I worked for just over an hour.
Tonight I may take as a rest so I can pack and stuff, presentation is tomorrow night in the cities. Gosh, what am I going to wear? I don’t have a ‘professional’ outfit in my current size and it’s not like there are clothing stores up here I can get something at!!!
Carrie - Yeah, I'm really happy you're back. And as for walking you can always pick up the speed for a block and do interval training, kind of break things up. As for weights well water bottles or laundry detergent types of bottle work. I'm just happy your back. :D
Emily - Wow you sure have a busy and fun life. Good for you getting on the bowflex...but you didn't say if you liked it. And I think your plan to focus on one area and get that in control is great (of course it's what I do so I would think it's good ;) )
Alysha - I agree I have to count calories (because when I have to write it down I think twice about eating it :o ). Good job keeping up with the walking.
Well think positive for us - cause like I said being out of work is not fun.

Ok everyone - I came here to get motivated!!! It's rainy and cold - I'm tired (up last night with a 7yr old coughing kid!) AND I haven't exercised since last week. We went to the PSU/Michigan game (not great eating) but due to no snack time at school I'm maintaining my weight (just getting soft!!)
Engineer - ugh. I'm sending positive vibes your way for both you and Scott!!! Not fun is right - GREAT job with your workouts. Sounds like you're really doing well with the bosu workouts!! When is your presentation?
Emily - Is your Friday night out with Gavin or just the mom's? Your classes sound interesting - shadowbox caberet??? boxing dancing? Have you made Gavin's costume yet? What is he going to be this year?
Carrie - As Alysha said, at least you're walking!! Has it been hard to adjust to the British life? Is food different? NOt sure what would equal 10lbs... I'll think!
Alysha - I've been out for a couple of weeks as well. So hard to get back into it - now my time is a bit limited  I really don't have any excuses though b/c most of my DVD's have premixed segments!! Have the leaves all come down yet?
Ok - my goals this week are to exercise 2 times during the week and both days this weekend. Stay away from the leftover congo bars!!!! :D

Just wanted to check back in - I did Super Body Sculpt - OMG am I out of shape!!! My legs are like jello - I am not used to the fanny lifter lifts - geez louise! OK - Thursday is my next workout. Thanks for the "lift" :D

Your classes sound interesting - shadowbox caberet??? boxing dancing? Have you made Gavin's costume yet? What is he going to be this year?
Hmmm... guess I should have been a little more detailed with my plans... this is Shadowbox Caberet - http://www.shadowboxcabaret.com/ (my computer is going a little nutty, none of my buttons are working, so I can't do a link) A lady at work got tickets for a party of 70, so I'm going for free! I promise I'll be good and behave myself at the appetizer buffet! Mom's night is a moms-only shin-dig at somebody's house and just playing games. I hear the game Scene It is going to be the game, so that should be interesting...
Gavin is going to be Pooh this year - he latched onto the costume at the store, so that was it. I was going to make one, but I just don't have the time right now.
Last night, I did 30 minutes on the elliptical while watching The Class (and sprinted during all the commercials) and then 40 minutes on the BowFlex - I just LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the BowFlex!! I've missed doing my weight workout and this is the best! You can move from one exercise to another without changing much around on the machine, so it's much more time effective. I'm up to the 30 lb on most exercises (2 bands each of 30), 80 on leg press, and 40 on extensions. After the bowflex, I did another 15 minutes of ab work. Shew! I could hardly make it up the stairs out of the basement!!
Tonight, we went for a walk and we're about to go downstairs to do yoga.
engineer - hope everything goes okay with the job situation... I also know what it's like to be stuck without a job and having to take the first thing that comes along (hence my horribly long commute I used to have). You're doing a great job with your workouts - keep up the good work! How are the girls doing? Enjoying pregnancy? If you feel the urge to post pictures of them, feel free. ;)
Carrie - how easily manageable do you want your 10 lbs to be? Bags of sugar are pretty compact and heavy... um... let's see... cans of tomato juice? Not too heavy, though. Maybe fill up some long men's socks with rocks and tie them off? :D DH thinks you could workout out curling 10 lb notes. Hardee-har-har... Funny guy...
Charisse - yay for getting in that workout!! Do you think tonight will be better as far as sleep goes? I know those sick-kiddo nights stink... crossing my fingers over here for you.

Weston and I went for our morning walk, but I haven't done my stretching yet. It's on the top of my list when I get home from the library. My abs are sore from yesterday, but not too bad.
((((Michelle)))) - That sucks about work. It seems like they just had a round of layoffs. Here's hoping that both of you can keep your jobs.
Charisse - Great job for squeezing that workout in. I can't say that I've adjusted to British life yet, because I don't have a job and don't really speak to anyone other than my husband. The food is whatever I cook, supplemented by pasties (short a sound - puff pastry filled with all kinds of delicious savory things). So it's not really different from home. We walk to the supermarket and back, so that's been counting as my weight routine since I got here.
Emily - Tell your DH - ha ha ha haha. Actually, that is the kind of dorky joke that makes me laugh and I'll be repeating it. :D The other ideas for weights were actually good though. Thanks.

Emily - I'm planning on getting back to weight training yesterday. ;) I finally did it and will hopefully stick to my small plan of 2 sessions a week. Hopefully more after I get back into the habit. Babysteps is good. I think it's generally most important to exercise if you have to pick between the two. :)
Michelle - Hang in there with the layoffs. I know how you feel! We just moved because of one layoff and then the new job announced layoffs too - fortunately DH wasn't effected this time around, but even the mention of a layoff caused my heart to start pounding! If something happened we're stuck here - we simply cannot afford to move again! Good vibes coming your way!
Carrie - We can do it! :) Hey, taking breaks is not a problem as long as you keep with it. I always find myself taking an extra break here or there with Cathe's videos. That woman is a machine! Good luck with the adjustment. I don't have much interaction with other people either and I'm at least still in the same country!
Charisse - Hi. We haven't quite hit our peak with the leaves yet. I think it will be this week though. I hear you on the finding time thing - it was hard when I was working fulltime at the school. I feel so guilty that I have all this time now and have not been making the most of it. I know have time though - with all the background clearances that will likely take weeks, I won't be on the sub list for another month or so! One nice thing about working at school - you're not getting out of work so late - still time to get things done.
Off to walk the hound. If he's not too scared - all the gunfire around here makes him crazy. I may have to start leaving him behind if he gets too scared - nothing like taking your dog for a drag. What a fraidy cat!

Hi all! Not too much time to post...I have a meeting in 15 minutes. :( But, just wanted to check in quickly.
I did workout while I was away - I went to the hotel gym three times and used the treadmill. There was only two, so I had to get up early to get one.
Today I did Cathe's Step, Jump, and Pump. I forgot what a fun workout that is. And, no one woke up during it!
Engineer, sorry to hear about your job situation. I hope you'll both be able to stay on. Great job with all the workouts! Great stress relievers, too.
Alysha, I think I'm going to start counting calories again, too. Well, points on Weight Watchers. I was able to get into a size I've never been before this summer and was so proud of myself that I let my eating get bad again and now it doesn't fit anymore. :( Not good! So, I'm with you! Why is there gunfire in your neighborhood??
Carrie, walking is good exercise! I think the socks filled with rocks or something is a good idea for weights. Do you have any resistance bands?
Emily, you're making me want a BowFlex!! And, I certainly don't need any more exercise "stuff". Although it would be very cool to have. Hmmmm. I actually have a Winnie the Pooh costume that one of the boys wore when they were little. One was Tigger and one was Pooh. Very cute. Now they are all being some type of ghoul or ghastly creature! So, enjoy the Pooh while it lasts! :) Except Caitlyn. She's torn between Dora, a princess, Little Red Riding Hood or a ghost. Very indecisive, like her mother.
Charisse, hope your son is feeling better so you can get some sleep! Did you workout today?
Gotta run...

Why is there gunfire in your neighborhood??
LOL - I am cracking up thinking about what might be going through your mind! It's hunters. Not criminals...... ;) :D
We live in a pretty rural area with lots of park/wooded area very nearby. We hear shots all the time. We have a trail that goes up onto one of the nearby ridges, but I drove along that ridge once and it is a combination of park area and woods belonging to a hunting club. I'd walk the trail more, but I'm not sure where the park ends and the hunting grounds begin. I would think they would have to have it pretty well marked though..............
Good job hopping on the treadmill while you were out of town. :)

Well, looks like I picked the perfect week to come back! We are officially back into the world of internet and i have a functioning computer too! yipee!
We are in the new house and things are great, most times :) still tons of work to do and if it'd stop raining we'd get the siding up! drat! anyway...
workouts have still been consistent (though not nearly as LONG and DIFFICULT as engineer's!)--i got a wipe off calendar in the dollar bin at Target (a teacher item i think) and have been tracking my workouts.
Monday was Muscle Endurance with Cathe; Tuesday was Kick, Punch and Crunch with Cathe; Wednesday was Super Body Sculpt from FIRM and today was 40 min. on exercise bike (while reading a good book and time flies!).
I am thrilled to be rejoining you all--i might not be as consistent as before as i am trying to cut back the amount of time i spend on the internet (i realized without it that i spent way too much time on the internet and i have way to much to work on with the house to do that still). Another fun thing is that i am teaching a Faith Thru Fitness class this month on Wed. nights at our church--we do some nutrition talking then we do exercises--strength training with water bottles for weights! I offered the group the option of coming and working out with me in my cold barn at 6 a.m. if it would help motivate them and one person took me up on my offer! She has come everyday this week! I am most impressed as i live about 15 min. away and 6 a.m is really early!
Anyway, glad to be back amongst you all....have a great rest of the week!

Weston and I did our morning walk and then I did the warm-up, squats and lunges from MuscleMax. I love where we live right now because we have these massive fields right near the house and Weston can run to his hearts content. Oh, and I found a good weight substitute for lower body work - a backpack filled with my heaviest textbooks. I think I'll be able to hold on to the straps and use it for some uppers too.
Alysha - Congrats on getting back into the weights. I'd rather do that than cardio, although at the moment I'm not too keen on either.
Joanne - Great job working out on the road. Hope your meeting wasn't too horrible.
Emily - I told your husband's joke to my husband last night and couldn't stop giggling. I really am such a dork. (DH didn't find the joke all that funny, but thought I was just hilarious.)
Amanda - It is the official welcome back week! That sounds like an interesting class you're running. I can't believe you're getting people out in your barn at 6am. You must be quite the motivating instructor!

Hi Sweetpea! Welcome back! Do you have any recent pictures of the house? That does sound like an interesting class!
Carrie, sounds like the perfect place for Weston! How did he do on the plane ride there? Very creative on the weights!
I just couldn't wake up this morning so nothing for me yet. I'm going to the gym during lunch to use the treadmill.

Hey all, I’m back home. :D I’m tired but other than that OK for now. I had planed on working out at the hotel yesterday but I didn’t get a chance. Turns out that there were a couple of meetings that folks wanted me in while I was down there. The presentation went ok although I must talk a bit faster when I’m nervous as my presentation was a bit short. Oh well, that was the first time for something like that. If I get more opportunities I’m sure it will improve. Anyway it’s been 2 days with no workout and I feel like a slug so I must do something tonight. Eating wasn’t totally out of control although I’m a little frightened to see what the fitday tells me when I enter everything in tonight.
Joanne - I love the way you are so adjustable with your plan that you always seem to get a workout in no matter what. I must be more like you. This hotel had all new equipment put in in August and I so wanted to try it. Glad you were able to get to the hotel gym even if it was early.
Carrie - good solution for the weight situation. Weston must be in heaven to have a field like that. Oh and pasties I know well, when the cornish miners emigrated to Northern MN to work in the mines there they brought it with them and DM and DF were raised on the iron range so the family was well aquainted with them. We used steak, potato, carrot and onion in ours (although I've added parsnip and sweet potato when I make them). ;)
Amanda :D - I'm so happy to see you back. I've missed you. Anyway, I don't think my stuff is nearly as tough as a Cathe workout (and in some cases not as long either  ). I think it's fabulous that you have found an outlet for your enthusiasm for nutrition and exercise and health in general. Super! How's the lil' pea (and your wonderful DH)?
Alysha - Hunting season hasn't started here (for deer yet). Although bird season is in full swing, it's not nearly as crazy. I hate being out during deer season. Idiots shoot at sound and movement and don't 1) identify the target or 2) identify the backstop. 2 critical things from my hunter safety class. It's so bad DH will only go out during muzzleloader season because there are considerably fewer people. Be careful ok?
Emily - I think pooh is so cute on little ones. And it sounds like you have another fun filled adgenda so enjoy. I'm so glad that you are enjoying your bowflex. If you have the lat tower I have a suggestion for you to try (Tracie and Tim at V told me this and my trainer here also) use the individual handles instead of the bar and work right then left on the pull downs...you know right side, left side, right..... Make sure you have your spine straight and your upper back is contracted and shoulders are down and really focus on the lat. It is really a different feel and incorporates the core.
Charisse - Sorry about the sick kid. Hope he and you are doing better today. Also I hear you on the fanny lifter. Because of the knee I've been using a 12" box and it still is tough some days :o But I have a funny feeling you will regain that muscle pretty quickly. ;)

Hello again everyone. :)
I don't know that hunting season has officially started yet, but they are out there practicing. We have heard it off and all since we moved here at the beginning of the summer. I'm sure it will pick up as fall goes on. I'll be careful! :)
I did Cathe's Upper Body Pyramid on Tuesday, I did a 30 minute walk with Bailey yesterday and I did Cathe's Legs and glutes today. I still need to get Bailey out for a walk, but it will be no more than 30 minutes after that leg work out!
Danged satellite froze up in the middle of the stretching and won't unfreeze! At least I got through the workout part, but I was looking forward to stretching! I did some on my own of course, but still.
It better unfreeze before Grey's Anatomy tonight! :(
I don't understand how the satellite freezing would effect the DVR though - seems like it should still play...........oh well........
Catch up with you all later. :)

Late to the thread as usual but I need some accountability. We have physical inventory here at work starting Fri-Sun. With 250 vendors, you can imagine how much fun it's going to be. I've been a busy, busy bee!
Workouts- Monday was the usual Tae Bo. Tuesday I got a call mid morning that Nicholas had puked at daycare, sigh. So I inconveniently (with the work situation) had to take the rest of the day off and the following. So Tuesday when he was down for a nap and I started Cathe's Cardio Blast, made it about 20 mins through and he threw up again. After the mess was cleaned and he went back down, I decided to do Step Jump & Pump. A got a good 500 calories burned. :) Yesterday I did SJ&P again because I like it so much. Today I actually got out of bed early and did all the cardio portions of SJ&P and then did Taebo at lunch today. Feeling pretty good about the week, but I probably won't be able to workout again until Monday. :( And with office goodies around, that's NOT a good thing.
Sounds like all is well with everyone - I'll aim for personals tonight or tomorrow. :)

Nancy, great workouts! Isn't Step, Jump, and Pump so much fun? I find myself singing along with it. Hope Nicholas feels better soon and work lets up a bit.
Alysha, Legs and Glutes is a tough workout! I wouldn't think your satellite freezing would affect programs you have recorded on your DVR. Ours has frozen up and we can still watch recorded stuff. Try unplugging it for a minute or so and then plugging it back in.
Engineer, it's OK to take a couple rest days. Actually, it's good to give your body a chance to recover. If your eating was OK, I wouldn't sweat it.
I went to the gym and did an itrain workout called itri. It's about 15 minutes of the treadmill, the elliptical, the bike and then the treadmill again. I loved it! Just when I was tired of one machine it was time to move on. Luckily the gym wasn't crowded so I was able to get on the machines when I needed them.
Did anyone else preorder Cathe's new DVDs? They are supposed to be sent out next week. I can't wait. She has clips up on her web site and they look great.
Gotta run to an eye doctor appointment.

wow! Look at all of the posts in the last 2 days!! Woo hoo!!
I made it downstairs to do Super Charged Sculpting with Pam. I decided I needed to work my "fanny" a bit more ;) I shleped my way through it!! I need to do Cathe's cardio sections this weekend - I LOVE Step Pump and Jump and the Cardio from Cardio and Weights
Alysha - I think Deer season officially starts the Monday after Thanksgiving - thus the day off for all of our school age hunters  Babysteps are good for getting back into it. I got my official full time acceptance letter today - boy am I making big bucks!!! ;)
Joanne - you are so good exercising while you were away!!! My boys are out of the cute halloween stage too - Jack was finally allowed to be Scream last year (I held out for 3 years!) this year is evil warlocks and star wars. Sam's duck costume from last year is history (I had feathers all over my house for weeks!)
Nancy - ugh poor guy. Is he feeling better - Hope you guys don't get it! And way to go exercising around it all :D
Carrie - I like the idea of sock with rocks :p And how cool you have a field for Weston to run around in. Mmmmmm savory pastries - sounds great!
Emily - Pooh bear :) I love it. And thanks for the link - I get it now. I really thought it was some new fangled workout group :D
WELCOME BACK AMANDA!!!!! :) Post pics of the house when you can - how is Emma?????
Engineer - Sam is much better- thanks for asking! You probably did better than you thought with your eating - it's the unknown that's always scary!!! You'll get back right into your routine too. My tall box climbs today were pretty scary - my balance was all over the place.
So glad to see everyone back and active!!! I was telling my friend about our group and I realized I've been posting to this crew for 3 1/2 years (I believe it will be 4 in February - am I right Engineer/Sweetpea???) Unbelieveable!!! You guys keep me motivated :)

Ok folks I am officially a slug. :o I guess I didn’t sleep well at the hotel the previous night and getting up at 4 am didn’t help matters. I was semi-functional so DH said it would be best if I helped with the creature features and didn’t try any complicated Bosu stuff. He figured he’d come in and find me on the floor the result of a fall. So that was it. But I did get my food all into fit day and while not outstanding it wasn’t that bad. ;)
Amanda - I can't believe lil'pea is 2! OK now I feel old and ....well not making as much progress as I should but hey as Scarlett says, "Tomorrow is another day". You are doing great and I can't wait to see the update.
Charisse - Big high five on getting through the tall box climbs, especially if you were a bit wobbly. Glad to hear everyone is feeling better. Do you have a big weekend planned?
Joanne - I hope the eye doctor appt wasn't too bad. Wow, itri is one I hadn't heard of before. That sounds like a great workout, and to be able to get on the equipment without problems - girl you are living right! :D If I had a faster connection I might ask for an Ipod but right now I think I'll wait.
Nancy - You are incredible, sick kid, inventory and you still did some great workouts (gee my slug status is looking even worse by comparison ;) ) Hope that work isn't too bad and that you get through with very few office treats.
Alysha - How frustrating to have it freeze up like that. Did it unfreeze in time for you to watch GA last night? Do you or Baily have any blaze orange? You might want to get a vest or something for both of you. Don't know if you've lived rural before but I remember in CO a neighbor would go out in the pasture and paint the word COW on all of his cows in bright orange paint so they wouldn't get shot. Your workouts are truely impressive.
Well I hope everyone has a safe and healthy weekend. Take care everyone.

Alysha, did you get to watch Grey's Anatomy last night? OMG! I couldn't believe the scene with the couple. Too funny. If you watched it, you'll know what I'm talking about. :D
Engineer, sometimes you have to listen to your body (and your DH!) and give it a rest. I love my MP3 player. I don't think I'd last on the cardio machines without it - too boring.
Sweetpea, can't wait to see your house pictures!
Charisse, the duck costume sounds cute! Jameson is a ghoul (with light up red eyes  ), Ian is a mime, but not just any mime. This one is some sort of ghoulish mime. Colin is a skeleton and Caitlyn's is yet to be determined.
This morning I did Muscle Max. Was going to do the step from Cardio and Weights but I didn't sleep too well last night, so I did some laundry instead. If it's warm enough this weekend, I'll take Tully for a run. If not, I'll do some step, maybe Step Blast. DH may be taking two of the boys to Birmingham this weekend. I think he's nuts personally. They'll spend more time driving than they will there. There's some type of motorcycle race he wants to see. So, I may just have two kids this weekend. Tully has her first vet appointment tomorrow - Colin is very excited to go with her. He wants to hold her paw if she gets any shots :) .

I don't have time tonight to catch up with you guys, but it's nice to see the thread so active again! I'm super-sore from my workout wednesday (i'll post more tomorrow on it)... eating has been sub-par and the scale is really showing it - up another 2 pounds. I'm up 13 from my all time lowest weight now. I know, muscle weighs more, blah, blah... it's the stigma of the numbers going up that gets me. I might just have DH hide the scale for a while to help me out. <sigh>
Hi Amanda <waving>!!! Can't wait to see the house... let us know what the link is, okay?
More later tonight or tomorrow, you guys!!!
