No more slacking. Remember, 8 glasses a day of non-dehydrating liquid. Prefer it to be low or no sugar. At least 4 glasses of that actual water. It helps everything on the inside work better.

I'm proud to report that I've been much more diligent about getting my water lately; 6-8 glasses a day. And I notice how I feel sooo much more energized and well-rested during the day when I'm fully hydrated.... and it made my 18 miler this weekend rather pleasant. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

I keep a Brita water pitcher on my kitchen counter, I fill it in the morning and when it is empty at the end of the day I know I made my quota oof 8 glasses. Works for me
