How to handle larger supper club?

We just started a supper club in Asheville and ended up with 22 people. Some felt the group was too large. Any ideas on how to handle the large group? Thanks for your thoughts.

I've found that the people in my supper club don't really make it every month. So, since you have just started, you might hold off and see on average how many really end up coming each month. The only time everybody came to the supper club that I was in was when we had our first dinner. :) after that it can range from 1/3 to 2/3 of the folks. so 22 might not end up being too many.

If after awhile you find out that you have too many, you can always split into 2 groups.

I agree with Theresa, our group right now has 23 people....but rarely does everyone show up, it is usually about 13-16. See how it goes before you split into two groups.
