Hi, exercisers! What are you doing today?

I did 60 minutes on the treadmill......45 minutes of slow jog and 15 minutes warm up and cool down. Hopefully outside tomorrow. Supposed to get back up in the 50's.

Oh, yeah, I also did my usual yoga early this AM. :)

Good workout, Kathy!

I got to the gym to attend kickboxing, but no instructor showed up :mad: There were 4 or 5 of us, so we got out some weights and bags and made up our own workout (with no music - arrgghh.) Now I know how hard it is to come up with 60 minutes worth of material :eek:

Good going with the workouts, Kathy and Sheila!

My new favorite instructor taught yoga today at lunch. What a terrific workout! He said it looks like he's on the schedule every other week at this timeframe. That works for me.
