Hi, exercisers! What are you doing today?
I did 60 minutes on the treadmill......45 minutes of slow jog and 15 minutes warm up and cool down. Hopefully outside tomorrow. Supposed to get back up in the 50's.
Oh, yeah, I also did my usual yoga early this AM. :)
