We had the Arnold Schwarzenegger Fitness Classic in Columbus this weekend. It was quite an exciting deal and I just wondered if anyone here was into the whole thing quite that heavily. I am not, but my son placed in the top 50 in the 5k pump&run so I guess bragging rights are in order http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif It was cool to see Arnold also and I really admire all you folks for the type of dedication and discipline that even a regular exercise program must take. Arnold does great things for Columbus. It is wonderful that he returns every year. (I just get sick of the Ricart commercials!)

All I saw is what NBC4 decided to cover. I'm just not into the body building. I bet it was exciting, though, actually being there.

Wow! How cool to actually see Arnold. I used his bodybuilding book when I did my bodybuilding contest. He is an incredible indivdual. The book helped a ton also. (Literally) Congrats to your son! Originally posted by mlou:
