Has anyone tried the turbo-cooker that has been featured on the info-mercials on tv? It has a high, domed lid that can be vented or closed, and uses water (that turns into steam).

Based on the claims made by the manufacturers, food can be browned and sauteed without any oil. Based on the video, it appears to be true.
