Hi, all! Beautiful day here, today. I did some yoga this AM, then this afternoon DD and I went for a 3 mile run/walk......walk a block, jog a block. She wants to do the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot with the family, so we thought we should do a little training.
Anyone else working out today?

Not today, I'm being a lazy loafer! Hope to do the treadmill, tomorrow, though... :o

I did 40 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Too many activities kept me from doing my favorite Pilates class. I probably needed to burn the calories more than I needed the stretching.
Anyone else??

I went to the gym and walked/ran on the treadmill for 2 miles, then did some weights.

Worked a fire scene for 5 hours last night, running up and down the road... :)

Today was another bike/weights/elliptical day for me :)

Good going, everyone. I did a full-body workout this morning.
Well I was actually on the computer after I worked out so I'll post- Did 40 minutes on the treadmill at 4-6%incline. And took the boys to a pick your own pumpkin patch for an hour today- DS#1 was on the quest for the perfect pumpkin.

Heather, the pumpkin patch sounds like fun. Did he find a good one? :)
Kay, what exactly do you do when you "work a fire"? Must have been a pretty significant one if it took that long. Hope nobody was hurt.
I did another 3 miles today, but at a much faster pace. Walked the dog afterwards to cool down.
