I remember reading that some of you are following this and I think Lindrusso is doing some modified version. Before I go buy the book can someone tell me is this one of those programs where I can't eat fruits & vegetables, skim milk & low fat yogurt, and high fiber cereal for breakfast. More importantly will I be able to drink wine?

Any advice will be appreciated

Yes, I found out that my version was more modified than I thought, so I'm almost afraid to comment anymore!

Here's a link to an unofficial site that seemed fairly informative. The official site offers little hard facts about the program (so you'll buy the book, I guess):

Maybe you could see if your library carries this book before you buy it?

The link above should help you out a lot, I just wanted to add very quickly that I am familiar with this plan and it does NOT exclude fruits, vegetables, skim milk, & yogert. Actually, I think those things are part of the plan. The cereal may be too high in carbs since the carbs are a little lower on this plan(I think carbs are 30%). From what I remember the whole idea is to eat a small portion of carbs, protein, & fat at every meal. This balance is good for people who also follow the work out plan since when you work out you should take in more protein.

The body for life program is the best program that I have ever seen and used. I am currently doing the body for life challenge. It is an 84 day challenge. I am on day 73. You can have all of those things you mentioned in moderation. Cereal was the kicker for me. I found out that I could eat a high fiber ceral with no sugar and just up my protein consumption a little through out the day. I eat Grape Nut Flakes. You can supplement your protein with any protein shake they promote through EAS. A great place to buy the supplements for BFL is http://www.affordablesupplements.com. You can link to http://www.eas.com to see a lot of great training and nutrition tips. I call them on the phone at an 800 number regularly to ask questions. Their support is unbeatable. My results are proving to be worth the effort.
