It's finally here! Maybe not to stay... here in the midwest, but DH and I have been to the Metropark system twice this week after supper. We walked the path (maybe not 2 miles) then threw a frizbee! It is soooo nice to get out in the evenings. We may actually get to the 70's this weekend. Whoooweeee!

donleyk - It's nice here in IN too! My crocuses have really multiplied since last year and look so pretty. Can't wait to start the garden, but that's still a month away. I want to get in some cool weather pansies and violas this weekend though - it's so nice to have some flowers that tolerate the cooler spring temps!
I see you're in Colombus - I love to stop there on my way to visit my parents. We like to hit the Tuttle Creek mall area for dinner - Pizzeria Uno, Macaroni Grill and Panera in the mall - sure beats stopping at McDonald's, the kids first choice!

Lindrusso,
Yes, I agree. Much better than McD! I especially like Macaroni Grill for dinner. Panera for lunch. Tuttle is a nice mall. Convenient for us too. It's only about 15 minutes away. But the traffic! It's bad anymore.
There is construction on 70 now (or again). Have you been thru lately? Do you go that far (Whitehall area) on the way to your parents?

donleyk - We just skirt around the west side of Columbus on 270 - and usually end up staying in Chillicothe overnight. My parents live in VA. I always want to stop in Columbus and shop!!! Have you ever been to the Spiegel or Eddie Bauer (I think those are right) warehouse stores? Are they for shopping or distribution. I'm always curious to stop but usually opt for making better time!

Lindrusso:
DH just told me they have great sales at Eddie Baur & Spiegel in Columbus...it is worth the time to stop and shop specially at times like now (end/beginning of seasons). He should know he is from there http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Thanks Vanessa! I'm going to have to allow for some extra time on my next trip! Of course I often do it alone with the boys, so I don't know if they will be too thrilled about that!
