New to Houston, Galleria Area, Club?

Hi, I just moved to Houston from Ohio where I was in a small Cooking Club. I live in the Galleria / Westchase area. I would really like to get a club going in this area. I am single but I am fine w/ couples or singles. I like to stick w/ Cooking Light recipes for the most part. I don't really want just a Gourmet Club as I need to eat healthy foods. The best time for me would be Sun. evenings but I could do Fri./Sat. nights if neccesary.
