Naked Yoga???

I was doing some online shopping for yoga tapes, and found one called "Nude Yoga" and another called "Nude Yoga and Tai Chi". Just in case anyone's interested (I know it came up recently.) Personally, I prefer to practice yoga fully clothed, but you never know. . .

Naked yoga! Now that's scary! I can't stand looking at my naked body in the mirror. I can only imagine staring at myself while I'm upside down http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/eek.gif!

Although as I mentioned before, it would be a great way to get a companion involved!

Y'all are too funny. On a serious note, though, I did order a yoga tape for couples. It's from Living Arts and features Rodney Yee and his wife. I'll let you know what I think after we try it.
