Hello Everyone! Just finished 30 minutes on the Nordic Track. Who else is exercising today?

Hi Peggy!

Today was Pilates DVD at home for me, followed by a run to Bed Bath & Beyond for a tablecloth for Thanksgiving. I happened to find several holiday gifts as well, so I guess I can say I've officially started my shopping :D

I guess I've officially started holiday shopping, too, since I bought some things at a Mary Kay open house last weekend. How efficient of me! :D

I did yoga this morning. I was hoping to get in some treadmill time, but the day got away from me. Working 12 hours tomorrow, but I'll see you Friday. (And I'll peek in tomorrow to cheer on the exercisers!)
