Hi guys, did anyone get to work out today? I did 45 minutes on the treadmill early this morning.

I took a 45 minute class ... Guts and Glutes. :p

Since I made 2 of the 3 dishes I'm taking to the inlaws, I might be able to work out in the am with DH.

Hi, Melanie and Lauren! Way to get those workouts in the day before Thanksgiving! :)

Today I did an easy 2 mile run, followed by a walk with the dog. Beautiful weather, and we are supposed to have more of the same tomorrow.

My whole family will be up early tomorrow to do the "Turkey Trot" (5K) before the extended family arrives for the big meal. (So I guess I'm reporting my Thursday workout before it's done, but don't worry, I 'll do it!! ;) )
