dont read if you havent seen it yet
I am so bad with names, at the end. It Looks like the dark haired Dr. is going to turn House in so the blonde Dr doesnt have to, that about to because he is soo mad at House which is what he was going to do. Thats my take,
But then when the dark haired Dr goes to the Detective and said he wants 50 silver pieces. what the heck does that mean?

We were wondering the same thing. I was going to Google the phrase but now I can't remember it exactly.
Dark haired doctor - Wilson
Blonde - Chase

It's "30 pieces of silver"--that's what Judas got in return for betraying Jesus.

Thank you for explaining that! I was wondering too.....
Although comparing House to Jesus........... I know he didn't mean it literally, but still!

Well, "god" in his own mind, maybe!
I took it more to mean he was feeling a great burden of betrayal. Guilt made him compare himself to the greatest betrayal in history, that sort of thing.

I'm a little worried about him, though. If it is prophetic--Judas committed suicide.

Interesting.............
I have to admit that I don't think I'd miss his character much if he did go. :o Actually, they could stand to develop most of the characters a little more. Wilson exists purely as House's punching bag at this point. The same could almost be said of his team, but at least they are learning from him and have some reason to admire or stick by him. I don't see where Wilson gets anything out of this relationship and on his own, he's not particularly interesting at all - a bit of a whimp, really.

You're right. I really never thought about it before but it must be because House's character is so overwhelming. Cuddy doesn't have much purpose either. A real hospital would never deal with a openly addicted physician.
The most tangible piece so far of his team learning from him was Chase's diagnosis being correct last night about the allergy to light. There must be an awful lot of research going on by the show's writers to continually come up with these amazingly esoteric medical conditions and backfilling the symptoms leading up to the diagnoses.
