Do brownies freeze well? I was thinking it would be convenient to make a pan of brownies and then wrap indiviual brownies and freeze them for later. This would eliminate the inevitable scarfing down of the whole pan within 36 hours. Has anyone frozen brownies before? How long does it take to thaw? Should I just pull one out before dinner and let sit on counter if I want to eat it after dinner?

Brownies freeze extremely well. I think you know that I am a WW leader? When members say that they have a "red light" dessert that everyone else in the family loves, something that can't be avoided by not buying or making, I will frequently tell a member to try freezing the leftovers, so they are not as accessible. Well, a week after I said that to a group I had a member come in and tell me that she had developed a new red light food - frozen chocolate chip cookies!
Ah, well. Good Luck.
