Hi Everyone,
I have been trying to eat a lot heathlier, but am having trouble with variety. I found a few things that are healthy and that I like, but now that's all I eat.
Do you have ways that to change up what you eat? I buy groceries every two weeks, and find that I buy the same things all the time. I want to change things up and continue to eat heathy.
Any advice would be great. Thanks!

I looked at my post and the responses, and I can see where you are coming from. I think the same thing when I see a little message and a link.
Believe it or not, I was looking for advice. The posts on this forum are really great, and I thought that this would be the place to get a little info about changing up meal routines.
The link is to a free site. At first glance, a link on a forum usually means insincerety and someone tyring to sell you something. Not all sites are like that. I run a non-profit site, selling nothing, on the web to help people. But I don't want to talk about my site, because as we already know, it wouldn't be right.
There are a lot of people out there looking for advice who probably get a bad rap because they accompany their posts with a link to free information. I have followed links from posts and learned a great deal of useful tips and facts. That is why I wanted to post a response. There are people with sites who are sincere and want to help, and also want to be helped.
Thanks for listening.
