In the "embarassing foods" post, you mentioned eating PB fudge sauce the next morning when it has cooled. Do you make this yourself, and if so would you mind posting the recipe? Chocolate and PB is my absolute favorite combo, hands down. I've got recipes for hot fudge sauce, but would love to try the one you mentioned. Thanks!

Hi Shelly,
I m not Alisome (obviously) http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif, but I do have a sort of improvised way to make PB fudge sauce. It is EASY and you can play around with it to get the ratio of PB:chocolate that you want. It also can be thinned (with cream or milk), if that suits your purposes better. Anything goes.

4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (or choc. chips)
6 tbsp unsalted butter
2-3 tbsp peanut butter
Combine together in a small, heavy saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly.

The only thing light about it is the light-headedness that would probably result from eating too much of this too quickly. But it is good! Hope this helps. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
