Nothing says Happy Holidays like a photo of sweet little toddlers screaming at Santa.

Even funnier is when you have your OWN kid doing this in the photo. :D DS1 was 15 months old and screamed and screamed. We had the picture taken like that because we thought it would be funny down the road to show it to him. They were his feelings at the time. Why try and hide it. ;) :D

Okay. Some of those Santas are truly creepy. I don't know how I'd react if someone made me sit on their lap!
Frankly, I've never understood why we force screaming children to sit on Santa's lap for a photo. It's kind of nuts . . .

My 2-year old DD saw Santa from across the mall and freaked out. I will not force her to sit on his lap and terrorize the poor thing.

Sometimes the kids don't cry right away. When we had DS's picture, he didn't start crying until after he sat on "Santa's" lap and really looked at him closely. I'm pretty sure the kids can tell a fake beard from a real one too. since we waited in line for about 30 minutes, I wasn't going to go away without a picture.
